At Symmetry of Self Counseling Center, we believe that education can give us agency over our lives and empower us to make better choices for our future. We believe that information and knowledge are a waste if they aren't shared with those that could use it to actualize a happier, more successful personal and professional life. We feel that empowered people become tomorrow's leaders in the field, and encourage that by providing access to over a decade of experience, knowledge, and skills.

With years of proficiency in the field building and organizing private practices and gaining certification as a business coach, Heather McPaul is sharing her expertise by offering a combination of coaching and consultation services to aspiring private practice entrepreneurs. Her unique style of coaching draws from research, personal experience, military experience, the ancient wisdom of Sun Tzu, and the Atomic Habits of James Clear, all of which can be applied to the systematic building and maintainence of small businesses, even in the field of psychotherapy.
