Symmetry of Self Counseling Center does not have a receptionist on site. All appointments will need to be made by contacting us through phone or email.
After you make an appointment, you will receive an email giving you access to your "patient portal" where you will find all the necessary intake paperwork. You will need to fill out this paperwork prior to your appointment date.
