What is Expressive Arts Therapy?
Expressive Arts Therapy uses creative arts such as writing, painting, acting or movement to help participants tap into underlying feelings, emotions and thoughts. It can give one a language for the things that are too painful to speak of or a way to express something that defies our ability to verbalize.
