What is EMDR?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy is a form of psychotherapy in which bilateral stimulation such as eye movements are used to process past distressing events so that they no longer have an impact on one's life.  Here are a few links to helpful websites for more information:
