Digital products can be downloaded after purchase. You are allowed to use digital products for personal use only. It is not permitted to redistribute, sell, or reproduce these digital products for commercial use. All sales of digital content are final, and no refunds will be issued. The digital downloads are in xlsx (Excel format) but can be imported into Google Sheets. All digital products are provided on an "as is" basis.

All books are published and distributed through Lulu Direct. Lulu Direct is a print-on-demand service, and each order is custom printed. All sales are final, and no refunds will be granted; however, we will replace products that are defective. Please contact us if you have an issue.
